About The Roasted Dad
Shawn Godfrey is the winner of MasterChef South Africa. Based in Cape Town, this food creative began his journey sharing recipes online before growing into a celebrated culinary brand.
Known for dynamic pop-ups, cooking demos, and high-profile collaborations, he brings approachable, flavour-forward cooking to events, brand partnerships, and memorable food experiences across South Africa.
Shawn will be running a cooking workshop along with his wife on Valentine’s Day. This will be the perfect date night out for couples. Cook alongside your loved one and learn to make their million-dollar mac & cheese with a cowboy butter plankie steak.
