Product Care
Leather is regarded as one the most effective materials for protective wear. It ages naturally and when looked after can last a lifetime.
To ensure long lasting use of your Roasted leather product, protect it from getting wet as much as possible and don't allow for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat. If your Roasted product gets wet, ensure that you dry it out properly, but do not leave it in direct sunlight.
You should never use polish or detergents to clean leather. You can use a wet wipe however you should refrain from wiping excessively.
For long lasting use, protect your Roasted leather product with a leather balm, oil or conditioning cream every four to six months.

Disclaimer
Please be aware that because leather is a natural material, slight discolouration, blemishes, imperfections, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These imperfections should not be misconstrued as flaws, but rather an indication of genuine leather and these natural markings add to the natural beauty and uniqueness of the product.
As every piece of leather is different and may take to colour dyes a little differently during the tanning process, this may cause irregularities in the consistency and depth of the colour.
We have aimed to show the colours of the Roasted products as accurately as possible, however due to the difference in lighting sources and device screen settings, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your screen will completely reflect the true colour of the product ordered.
All Roasted products are individually made, one piece at a time, hand stitched and finished by hand. As a result each product may differ slightly from the next. Measurements provided within the product description are approximate, and variations from product to product will occur.
As each item is custom made, it can take up to four weeks from placing your order before your Roasted leather products have been produced and can be delivered.
We do not accept returns on products as a result of perceived variations in the texture and colour of the leather. Manufacturing faults such as protruding stitches, loose rivets, malfunctioning zippers, broken straps or other hardware defects which fall under the warranty coverage, should be addressed within four weeks from receipt of order to be considered for replacement. Any issues raised outside of this timeframe will be considered wear and tear. For any repairs, we can recommend a repair service at your own expense.
By purchasing a Roasted product you agree to this disclaimer.
