Join the Roasted Dad (Masterchef winner Shawn Godfrey) as he cooks his favourite outdoor meals in an intimate setting in the middle of the Karoo, Montagu.
Shawn will be cooking outdoors - explaining, educating and working through his favourite South African ingredients including fynbos, ostrich, mussels, lamb, rissoto and more. Dates: 11-13 November 2022
